1. Application Fees are non-redundable once your application has been processed.

2. Should your application be declined for any reason the subscription fee will be refunded.

3. Should you wish to cancel your application you must inform the Society in writing or by email within 7 (seven) days of making your payment.

1. If applying for Associate or Fellow application you must print off and sign the Declaration form and post it to the SIAT.

2. Work experience profile forms must be downloaded, completed and signed by your supervisor at work before submitting to the SIAT.
